It aims to comply with the obligations provided for in the Spanish Act 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE in Spanish), as well as to inform all users of the website and its terms of use.

Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions established herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations. It is understood that publication on the provider’s website is sufficient.

 

Responsibility

The provider is exempt from any kind of responsibility derived from the information published on its website, as long as this information has been manipulated or introduced by any external third party not related to the provider.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation will be applicable, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Torremolinos being competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
